New Kristen interview for Star Magazine – France
Hello Kristen, you’re different to others hollywood’s actress you can see on the red carpet, what do you think about that?
I don’t know what you mean by “different”, Maybe because i’m not confortable in high heels and dresses in front of thousand of people screaming your name.
I don’t really love crowded paces. It can be become quickly scaring and overwhelming, so i’m not the most glamorous person in those situation. It’s hard to give a genuine smile when you’re petrified, overwhemed by the crowd. It’s that’s the difference you’re talking about?
Yes but also the fact that you’re a natural woman
I’m not the only one to be natural. It’s just that i’m put in the front side because of Twilight,So people bend over my case. I’m going to take this as a compliment. I just try to be honest. My success, i live it as something to proud of, something that makes me happy. I’m thankful for the public’s recognisation. So i’m at peace. It’s also that i’m confortable whith who i’m, what i say, what how i feel.I don’t pretend to be perfect,I don’t want people to think that i am.I want people to see me as i am.
Do you have the feeling that you’re getting used to dressing up and read carpet events? You seem more and more feminine more has the ease in your dresses
I’m not going to lie and say you get used to it after a while. We travel all over the world.Iwas barely 18 when first twilight hit theater, now i’m 20. I assume my feminity more than i used to. Now i know what creator, what dress i need.I’m more at ease with my dressses choice now. It’s now more than weird piece of fabric in which i feel like a drag queen or an Alien. I’m starting to have fun with it ( laugh)
From Translator: (i don’t care for the twi question so i won’t do the translation; Sorry )
with rob you won a MTV award for best kiss, would have you love it if it was with Dakota instead?
Oh yes. I would have been really proud to win it with Dakota.I think i would have done the same thing the “almost kiss” and go ” and what else?” It would have been funny.
Dakota and you are really close do you see her as a best friend?
Yes, one of my best friend, a sister, a confident… She is a funny girl, bright, intelligent, down to earth with a big heart.I love to hang out with her, we’re ourselfs, no need to speak, you know. It’s just i adore her.
Do you get along so well because of your experiences for both of you starting so young in the business?
Of course. Dakota started when she was so little; it’s the same thing for me.
Quickly our girls concern become adults concern. it’s a job that allow you to meet sharks, it’s a job that ask you to become responsible really early in your growth.
So you have to grow up fast. Dakota went trough the same thing as me.So we give each others advice. It’s nice to have someone to talk to in moment of doubt.
Back to the Mtv awards, do you have the feeling of being Mega stars when you go to stuff like that?
The truth is i think is really unfair. We won those prizes because we have millions of fans who voted for those awards. But the other project are just as worthy. They should win as well. I sincerely hope that others actors don’t hate us.I was embarassed, i was under the impression that rob and i was like the queen and the king of prom, though i’ve never went to high school. I’ve never went to a prom, so i asked Rob if this is how it looks like. And he said we were right in.

The moment I heard that David Fincher, the director of the upcoming American remake of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (scheduled release date: December 2011), had settled on his choice for an unknown actress to play Lisbeth Salander, the morosely punked-out cyber-genius/abuse victim/delinquent/ investigator/smashmouth heroine, I eagerly looked up her credits to see if I could remember her in any previous roles. I couldn’t. Her name was certainly promising: Rooney Mara (that’s her, above left) sounds exotic, vaguely foreign, and a little sinister, like Mata Hari with attitude. And she’s striking-looking, with an old-fashioned small-boned, sculptured-ivory elegance, and big blue eyes that seem to take in everything. I had seen most of Mara’s prominent films, like Youth in Revolt and A Nightmare on Elm Street, but when it turned out that I had no recollection of her performances in any of those relatively minor roles, I was glad. I think that Fincher did the right thing, and in fact made a very bold and ingenious move, by choosing a relative unknown. It gave me a tingle of anticipation that I had no idea who she was.
Prior to it’s release, and therefore the wide-spanned total trounce, 20th Century Fox had let it be known that they hoped “Jumper” be their next big franchise. The sequel talk went away once the film – a snooze-worthy science-fiction yarn about a time-traveling wonder-kid, played by Hayden Christensen – hit theaters…. where it was to lucky to stay a fortnight.
Seems FOX’s Tom Rothman hasn’t given up on the series though (no surprise I guess, considering his two big hopefuls of 2010 – “Percy Jackson” and “The A-Team” performed well below expectations; studio needs a franchise – and quick!).
In an interview with MTV, star Hayden Christensen said talks are now underway regarding the once-mooted sequel.
“We’re talking about it right now actually,” Christensen, who currently stars in “Takers”, said.
Where could the story go? “Hopefully somewhere a little darker. I think there’s a lot you can do with it. It was sort of set up in a way it’s gonna be mother hunting son and possibly even maybe sister hunting brother. We’re talking about it, trying to figure it out.”
Kristen Stewart and Diane Lane played Christensen’s on-screen half-sister and mother, respectively, in the original. And assumingly, they’d be asked back – while I can imagine Lane would probably be quite happy to do it, since she’s not inundated with offers right now, Stewart’s star has risen considerably since the original film; might take more than a few bucks to entice the “Twilight” star back.
Can only imagine Samuel L.Jackson (who played the villain first time around), being such a big of money and nonsense, would have already agreed to it.
Kristen Stewart has been receiving end of the media for a long time. The media has often labeled her as mean and rude .Some even state that she tries to stay away from the paparazzi. Well, a part of it is true as Kristen had confessed earlier that she is not comfortable in front of the media. She feels bogged down by the constant media glare and with all the attention. Kristen does feel lost in the glitzy world of glamour .
However Kristen has been fighting a lone battle against the media to prove that she is not mean .Kristen recently commented “My public image tells me that I got to behave in a certain manner however its difficult as you will never get the chance to reveal what kind of person you are”. In an interview to U.K. Daily Telegraph she added “It is easier for a man to say what he feels like and be funny and witty at the same time ,however you get labeled as a “bitch “if you are not a strong woman.
“Kristen seem to be like a little girl lost in the woods as she remains quite confused about herself Kristen commented “often I am asked at interviews about myself but I can hardly say anything as I hardly know myself”
Kristen wants to prove that though she just prefers to stay away from the paparazzi she is not a mean girl. She is someone with a strong personality.
Well Kristen! seems like you have matured a lot when it comes to handling media attention.

Emma Watson in running for ‘Girl With Dragon Tattoo’?
Emma Watson may have credited her dramatic new pixie cut to the end of the Harry Potter series, but now it seems that her freshly shaven do might in fact be for a new movie role. According to British paper The Sun, Watson is up for the coveted role of Lisbeth Salander in the much-anticipated movie The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, based on the best-selling novel by Stieg Larsson. And while Emma’s Harry Potter character, Hermione Granger, was a girly wizard with wavy chestnut locks, Lisbeth Salander is a troubled computer hacker with spiky hair and tattoos. Watson’s role in the new flick has yet to be confirmed, but she certainly has some stiff competition: Kristen Stewart, Natalie Portman, Keira Knightley, Scarlett Johansson and Zoe Saldana have all also expressed interest in the part—as well as a potential unknown. Whether Watson lands the gig or not, we think she can certainly pull off this chic gamine style. We can’t help but wonder who will be the next to shave it all off for this role!
Kristen Stewart and Emma Watson still think they can slug it out for the hottest part in Hollywood. Emma’s radical new haircut signals how keen she is.
The Twilight babe and Harry Potter girl want to be cast as Lisbeth Salander in The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, based on the Stieg Larsson novel.
James Bond star Daniel Craig is going to play journalist turned detective Mikael Blomkvist.
And rumours have been flying around about who his co-star is going to be.
It seemed certain a relative unknown was going to get the key part, but Emma’s haircut tells a different story and it’s still anyone’s game.
A movie insider told The Sun: “Emma has auditioned with director David Fincher and cut her hair to look the part.
“The character of Lisbeth is a misfit goth-type girl with spikey hair.”
Other actresses linked to the part are Ellen Page, Natalie Portman, Carey Mulligan and, of course, Kristen Stewart.

NECA’s action figure collection for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse has now been revealed, and part of the selection, including those pictured right, are already available for purchasing.
Series 1 action figures for “Edward Cullen,” “Victoria,” and “Jacob Black” are each available for ordering on Amazon at $51.99 for all three or at ToysRUs for $13.99 each.
One fansite got the skinny on what is left to come with Series 2 action figures by NECA, and the toys yet to be available for sale include a shirtless “Jacob Black,” another more casual “Edward Cullen,” a new “Bella Swan,” and “Rosalie Hale.”
(For The Twilight Saga: New Moon, it was “Alice” and “Jasper” who joined the action figure fold, but there do not appear to be any new ones for those characters in this line-up.)
In addition to this news about NECA’s line, another Twilight doll-related update has also come along: the release date for the forthcoming The Twilight Saga: Eclipse Barbie dolls by Mattel.
Here is the front cover of August 2010 issue of ELLE magazine.
Kristen beautifully covers the front, she was perfectly photographed by famous photographer Matthias Vriens McGrath for the issue.

Kristen for lead role in ‘The girl with the dragon tattoo’?
Kristen Stewart has been favourite all the way through casting, for the lead role in ‘The girl with the dragon tattoo’, but now, the casting seem to be having second thoughts as the believe that Kristen has “too much on her plate”. Kristen is still being considered for the role, but not yet has a screen-test taken place.
I personally think Kristen would be perfect for this role, what do you think?

‘On The Road’ article talking about Kristen
Kristen Stewart In On The Road
Kristen Stewart, now a household name because of the popular Twilight franchise, will be heading in a completely different direction with her next film project. Stewart will soon begin filming the movie version of Jack Kerouac’s On The Road, the first film adaptation of the iconic 50′s ‘beat’ novel and travelogue. This marks yet another departure from The Twilight Saga series in terms of Stewart’s film roles. Aside from Twilight, she continues to choose more independent roles and projects such as Adventureland (2009) and The Runaways (2010). This year, she will be stepping outside of her Bella Swan character once again to play the role of Marylou in On The Road.
Kristen Stewart To Play Marylou
It is no small feat that Stewart has secured the role of Marylou in On The Road. This movie has been highly anticipated for years now, and finally it will be making its way to the big screen in 2011 by way of director Walter Salles. Stewart’s co-stars in On The Road include Garrett Hedlund who is set to play her lover Dean Moriarty, Sam Riley who will play Sal Paradise, and Kirsten Dunst who will portray Dean’s wife Camille. For Stewart, the connection to the novel is personal, as she has cited it as her first favourite book growing up. Not only is Stewart tied to the book personally, but for the universal reader it is also easy to picture her playing the character of Marylou. She is described as a stunning woman with a thin frame, blonde ringlets, and a passionate personality. Throughout the novel Marylou is unpredictable, loving, fierce, and a constant presence with connections to multiple characters. She is a young woman just trying to feel life and live that feeling.

Adam Brody comments on Kristen’s hate of fame
Personally I think he is just an ass. The poor boy hasn’t really done anything or even reached the same level of fame as his former co-star has. His biggest role was what, The OC? Seriously.
What do you think of Adam and his comments?
Billy Burke was interviewed recently and mentioned Kristen.
Ministry of Gossip: So this is the third time around playing Bella’s dad. Are you and Kristen on autopilot at this point?
Billy Burke: We sort of jumped right in from the get-go. We naturally have a similar relationship [to Charlie and Bella], you know, we don’t bring a lot of baggage. But I feel like she could take care of me. She’s a very strong and solid individual.
MoG: You’re a fan favorite, but we don’t see many photos of you grocery shopping or working out. How do you avoid the attention?
BB: It happens once in a while on the street, but I’m really not recognizable without the Charlie mustache.
MoG: Is that bad boy real?
BB: Yep, it takes me about a month and a half to grow out, so I’ve got to start soon.
Calling all fans of the cast from Twilight. I am asking for those who are interested in helping out any of my sites, be as it may, a full co-web, news poster, gallery updater or whatever it may be. Serious responses only!
